Returns Policy
At Daisie Blue I carefully pack and inspect every order before it's dispatched to ensure that your items arrive in perfect condition.
I only offer a refund or replacement for faulty or damaged products, I do not offer a refund simply for change of mind, so please choose carefully. If you are unsure on sizes, please do not hesitate to contact us before choosing.
I will notify you once I've received and inspected the faulty/damaged products, to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and send the refund too.
To report that a product is damaged or faulty please contact us, within 7 days of receiving your order, at info@daisieblue.com . Please note that it is the customers responsibility to cover the cost of the returns.
Please include your original postage form so that I can identify the item & yourself as the purchaser.
I am unable to take responsibility for shipping costs and lost packages. Please keep a record of your tracking number when shipping your return package. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Overseas Returns
Unfortunately, at this stage we are unable to accept any returns from anywhere outside the UK. However, I would hate for any of my customers to be unhappy with our service so please contact me with any issues you may have, and I will do my best to resolve them.
